ü  Note: The Hindu Temple will accept the first 300 pre-registrations on First Come First Serve

                  basis and stop pre-registration at its discretion when it reaches 300.

Blood Pressure Check-up, Hearing Tests and Health Related discussion

      with Primary Care Physicians

ü  Note: Please bring your medical record with the list of  your current prescriptions

Blood Screening panel including sugar, cholesterol, hemoglobin

and PSA will be conducted.

ü  Note: Registration Required for Blood Test

·         For blood testing-Over night fasting is required

·         No food in stomach after midnight

·         Minimum age for Blood test is 25 years or older

                   Bone density measurement test will be available to women based on

     recommendation of Primary Care Physician at the Health Fair
